Kim Roulias Realty is a 100% Independent Brokerage, a woman-owned business, headquartered at Cedar Creek Lake in beautiful East Texas. Other agents are throughout the Dallas and North Texas area. Kim, the broker-owner, is a 7th-generation Texan and a 1988 graduate of Southern Methodist University. She graduated with high honors from Seagoville High School in 1983. 

Kim is also an Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Advanced Historic House Specialist through Preservation Dallas. She has also supported the Dallas Historical Society and the National Trust for Historic Preservation. She is a member of Rotary Club International, Cedar Creek Lake Women’s Club, Eastwood Island Alohas, Metrotex Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Real Estate Buyers Agent Council, the National Association of Realtors, and Highland Park United Methodist Church. She is also a very enthusiastic fan of the Dallas Mavericks NBA basketball team. She is also the Flotilla Staff Officer – Public Affairs Officer for the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary at Cedar Creek Lake, Flotilla 5-14.
