Sunset Point – 4 Bedroom Lake House Claimed

Welcome to Sunset Point!! This lake house is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing weekend getaway, a tripu002Freunion with friends, executive retreats, fishing trips, Canton shopping, girls weekend, and family vacations or celebrations during the holidays and throughout the summer! This beautiful lake house is newly renovated with hardwood floors, bathroom showers, and tile! The house sleeps 16, and is still very spacious!! There is a Master Bedroom with a king bed & full bath, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The game room has 2 bunk beds with pull out trundles and a sleeper sofa. The game room will provide hours of entertainment with a ping pong and pool table, dart board and TV. The dining room seats 12 for large family dinners and game nights. Enjoy morning coffee on the back porch with views of the water and wildlife.

The backyard is big and wraps around the house, giving guests and kids plenty of room to run around and play! The two story dock provides easy access to moor your rental boat. There is also a private boat launch in the neighborhood. Dock has easy access into the lake for swimming and floating. When the water is low, there is a beach area which is great for the kids to explore the sand for shells. Bring your fishing rods for some great fishing off the dock.

We have boats, jet skis, paddle boards and kayaks on site for rent. After a fun filled day, head up to the top dock for the most amazing views of the sunset. You won’t get a better view anywhere else but here!

Additional guest fees $20/per person collected upon arrival.
