Conveniently located near shopping and dining in Gun Barrel City and Mabank, this location is perfect for your next lake getaway. With 2500 square feet of living space in this 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home, your family and guests will have plenty of room to spread out and relax. The property has an open concept kitchen and dining area, perfect for entertaining. The beautiful living room has a big screen TV and a fireplace for your family to gather around and relax after a long day on the lake. An enclosed patio includes a bar for your guests to enjoy. At the end of a long day, retreat to the Master suite that is separate from the other bedrooms which allows for an oasis to relax in. The outdoor area is just as inviting as the house with a huge yard and great amenities like a smoker, propane grill, and an outdoor prepping area for all your outdoor cooking needs. There is also access to the boat dock and deck where our guests can use one boat slip with prior-approval.

Note: To place a reservation at this location you must be 25 years of age or older. Pets are allowed with prior approval and a $75 pet fee will apply, maximum of two medium sized dogs.
