The space

House is newly renovated mobile home with boat dock available for a boat or jet ski. Lakefront property in the channel with calm water for easy swim access. Large porch with grill, lounge chairs, and eating area. Shares about 1 acre of property with lawn games and plenty of space to socialize or relax with friends. Conveniently located within walking distance to restaurant and marina.

** WiFi is not available at this time. We have Smart TV’s in the house but will need a Personal Hotspot if you want more than local channels.

Guest access

House includes 2 parking spaces. If you need additional parking or need space for a trailer contact us for special arrangements. There is an additional $10 per day fee to the marina If you need additional parking or need space for a trailer and boat launch. Contact us so we can help make special arrangements.

The large 2 slip dock is shared but you can reserve a slip for your boat if available.

Other things to note

Ask about neighboring houses to accommodate up to 22 guests. Discounts available for boat and jet ski rental at Lone Star Marina right next door. Catering meals and discounts are also available at Tiki Hut Bar and Grill.
