Stephanie Blaase Trammel

I was raised in a “real estate family” and am now a third generation licensed real estate agent and owner with Coldwell Banker American Dream Realty. I have been a resident of the Cedar Creek Lake area my entire life. I launched my real estate career in 2013 and specialize in all aspects of the real estate market.

My experience and knowledge as a real estate professional include marketing, financing, residential, commercial, farm & ranch, IRS 1031 exchanges, self directed IRA Investments, short sales, foreclosures, and both buyer/seller representation.

I pride myself on my ability to apply my knowledge and experience to help my clients reach their everyday goals. I focus on taking the pressure off of you; whether you are buying or selling I understand the process that can often be complicated and challenging.
